Roasted Garlic Linguini is extruded with a traditional bronze die that gives the pasta a rustic look and texture. Perfect amounts of flavor of garlic & parsley with the hearty size of a Linguine. Pasta is great in a side dish, or apart of your main course. We produce all pasta in small batches, ensuring we put a lot of quality, care, and attention into each batch since 1996.The Bronze Die the pasta is made with roughens the surface making sauces and oils stick easier than pasta made with a Teflon die.
