Garlic Herb Sauce
A light garlic sauce with the flavor of tomatoes, mushrooms, and olives. Enjoy it with our Fiesta Fioretti or Red Bell Pepper Fettuccine! Serves four to six.

You will need:
12oz. Pasta, Our Fiesta Fioretti or Red Bell Pepper Fettuccine are great choices with this sensational sauce.
2 Tbl. Butter
2 medium tomatoes, diced or 16 oz. can, diced tomatoes, drained
8 oz. fresh mushrooms, sliced or 4 oz. can sliced, drained
2 1/4 oz. can sliced black olives, drained
Cook pasta according to package directions. Melt butter in large skillet over med/high heat. Stir in sauce package, cooking for 1 minute. Stir in 2 cups water* and add mushrooms. Simmer for 8 minutes. Add olives and tomatoes and simmer for 2 minutes. Pour over pasta and toss. Serves four to six.
*For more pronounced flavor, use 1 cup white wine and one cup water.
Variation: Cut 1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts into 1” pieces. Brown in skillet with butter for 3 minutes. Add sauce packet and water and proceed as above.
QUICK & EASY STYLE:
Add the sauce packet to 2 Tbl. butter and 2 cups water. Simmer for 8 minutes. Pour over pasta, chicken or pork.
