Marinara Wine Sauce
Made with Burgundy Wine and Sicilian spices, you get the perfect blend of sweet and spicy. Add fresh mushrooms, olives, green peppers, or Italian Sausage and serve with our Gnocchi Shells or Roasted Garlic & Parsley Linguine. Makes 1 1/2 quarts.

You will need:
Pasta, Our Gnocchi Shells or Roasted Garlic & Parsley Linguine
1 (12 oz) can tomato paste
1 (14.5 oz) can diced tomatoes
2 cups water
Pour 2 cups water in pan. Add tomato paste, diced tomatoes and Sauce packet. Stir until well blended and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer, stirring occasionally for 10 minutes.
For thinner sauce, add ¼ to 1 cup water a little at a time until desired consistency is obtained.
Serve over cooked and well drained pasta.
