You will need:
1 1/2 lb. Ground Hamburger
2 oz. Sausage (optional)
1 egg
Directions:
Let simmer while preparing meatballs.
2. In a large bowl, mix thoroughly ground chuck, sausage egg, 1/3 cup water an meatball mix.
3.Spoon thin layer of Spaghetti Sauce (use Pasta Partners
Spaghetti Sauce Mix for best results) across the bottom of a 9 x 13 pan.
4. Place meatballs in pan, cover each meatball with sauce.
5. Cover with foil, bake at 400 for 45 minutes.
Optional:
LOW FAT TURKEY MEATBALLS
Use 1-lb. GROUND TURKEY in place of GROUND HAMBURGER and SAUSAGE. Follow directions above.
