Feel like a cooking star when you whip up this deliciously simple lemon Piccata Sauce with artichoke hearts and capers! This is a customer favorite and pairs perfectly with our Lemon Pepper Linguini. Serves four to six.

You will need:
12 oz. Pasta, Our Lemon Pepper Linguini or Campanelle are fantastic choices.
2 Tbl. Butter
2 7 oz. canned artichoke hearts, quartered
2 Tbl. Capers, drained
Cook pasta according to package directions. Melt butter in large skillet over med/high heat. Stir in sauce package, cooking for 1 minute. Stir in 2 cups water*. Add artichoke hearts and capers. Simmer for 8 minutes. Pour over pasta and toss. Top with fresh grated parmesan if desired. Serves four to six.
*For more pronounced flavor, use 1 cup white wine and one cup water.
Cut 1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts into 1” pieces. Brown in skillet with butter for 3 minutes. Add sauce packet and water and proceed as above.
