White Chocolate Chip Blondie
It’s been said that blondes have more fun and while that might not include food, we sure do love our new Blondies! Our Blondies are rich with a buttery flavor. They’re easy to make and can become quite addicting. Serves 12.
You will need:
1/2 C. Butter, melted
1- Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Prepare 8x8x2-inch pan by lightly greasing or spraying with non-stick cooking spray.
2- Blend butter and eggs in medium bowl. Add mix and stir until moistened (about 40 strokes). Spoon batter into prepared pan and spread evenly.
3- Bakes at 325 for 40-45 minutes. Cool completely in pan before cutting. Makes 12 blondies.
4- Top Blondie with scoop of ice cream and drizzle with warm caramel sauce if desired.
