White Chocolate Raspberry Cheese Cake
There are certain days during the summer when the last place anyone wants to be is in a hot kitchen. But that’s where our “no-bake” White Chocolate Raspberry Cheesecake comes to the rescue! Add a little cream cheese, butter and water and you can make a delicious dessert for the whole family without ever turning the oven on. The light and refreshing raspberry flavor is accented by the chocolate cookie crust that will keep your whole family coming back for more.
Fills 8″x8″ pan. Serves 16.
You will need:
1 cup hot water
2 – 8 ounce packs of cream cheese, softened
5 Tbs butter, melted
1- Line an 8x8x2 inch pan with plastic wrap. Extend wrap beyond edges of pan forming handles for easy unmolding of cheesecake.
2- Add melted butter to Chocolate Cookie Crust. Mix and blend well. Press evenly and firmly onto bottom of prepared pan.
3- Place softened cream cheese into a medium bowl. Add water and Cheesecake Mix. Blend on low speed for 1 minute. Increase speed and blend on high for 3 more minutes.
4- Pour into crust. Chill for at least 1 hour. Makes 16 cheesecake bars.
