Berried Icebox Cake
Prepare two packages Triple Berry Treat* Cheesecake Mix as directed omitting the crust. Place cheesecake mixture in a large (we used a one gallon) Ziploc bag. Snip end of bag about 1/2 of an inch.
Prepare a 8 x 10 or 9 x 13 glass dish by spraying with cooling oil. Squeeze about 1/3 of the cheesecake mixture in the bottom of the glass dish. Top with 3-4 graham cracker rectangles, breaking them as needed to fit the dish.
Next squeeze 1/3 more of the cheesecake mixture on top of the graham crackers. Top with one more layer of graham crackers. Next squeeze remaining 1/3 of cheesecake mix on top. Place fresh berries on top.
Refrigerate one hour before serving.
