BLT Edamame Succotash

In a small bowl mix

1 Package BLT Dip & Appetizer Mix

3 T. Oil

1 T. White Wine Vinegar

 In a large bowl mix a 12 oz. package thawed and drained edamame (shelled soybeans), a 10 oz. package thawed and drained corn and a small 4 oz. jar of pimentos. Stir in BLT mixture and salt to taste.
