Shrimp Shooters


  • 1 lb Cooked Cocktail Shrimp, chilled
  • 1 Pkt Tortilla Soup Mix
  • 6 Cups Water
  • Thinly sliced cucumber or lime, optional
  • Whisk water into the tortilla soup mix and bring to a boil. Simmer 20-25 minutes and let cool.
  • Once cooled pour into shot glasses or other small serving vessels top with shrimp and other garnish as desired.
  • **You could also toss the soup and water in a crock pot earlier in the day and just portion out as needed from the crock pot during the party.
