- 1 lb Cooked Cocktail Shrimp, chilled
- 1 Pkt Tortilla Soup Mix
- 6 Cups Water
- Thinly sliced cucumber or lime, optional
- Whisk water into the tortilla soup mix and bring to a boil. Simmer 20-25 minutes and let cool.
- Once cooled pour into shot glasses or other small serving vessels top with shrimp and other garnish as desired.
