Spinach & Artichoke Starter
- 1 Cup cooked spinach
- 1 Cup sour cream
- 1 Cup mayo
- 1 Pkt Toasted & Roasted Onion & Garlic Dip Mix
- Parmesan cheese, shredded (optional)
- Tortilla chips, chunks of bread, crackers, pretzels, etc for dipping.
In a medium sauce pan mix the dip mix, sour cream, and mayo together until just combined.
Fold the cooked spinach into the mix.
Heat for 1-2 minutes.
For some extra UMPH transfer to an oven safe dish. Sprinkle the top with shredded parmesan cheese and toss under the broiler just until it starts to brown.
