Spinach & Artichoke Starter



  • 1 Cup cooked spinach
  • 1 Cup sour cream
  • 1 Cup mayo
  • 1 Pkt Toasted & Roasted Onion & Garlic Dip Mix
  • Parmesan cheese, shredded (optional)
  • Tortilla chips, chunks of bread, crackers, pretzels, etc for dipping.

 In a medium sauce pan mix the dip mix, sour cream, and mayo together until just combined.

Fold the cooked spinach into the mix.

Heat for 1-2 minutes.

For some extra UMPH transfer to an oven safe dish. Sprinkle the top with shredded parmesan cheese and toss under the broiler just until it starts to brown.
