Zucchini Cannellini Salad

Line a plate with any lettuce you choose. (Even spinach tastes great!) Rinse and drain one can of cannellini beans. Pile in the middle of the lettuce.

Slice 2 zucchini and arrange around the beans. 

Mix 2 T. of our Bread Dipping Herbs with 2 T. oil

1 T. vinegar. Drizzle over salad.

Serve cold.
